TOS

Designs
- Do not resell my designs for more than the original price unless worth was added to them via personal art, commissions, animations, etc.
- Do not use my designs for AI or anything of the sort
- Do not redistribute/steal my designs and claim them as your own
- Once the design is purchased no refunds can be issued
- Let me know how much are you going to take for owed art (art payment), deadline should be not more than 3 weeks (if there're many drawings it can be longer)
- Do not delete my designs from toyhouse. I must be able to see them and keep track of them
- Once a design is purchased, the rights to the character belong to the new owner
- I don't take care of ocs once they're sold, so before checking design's profile please read warnings of the new owner
- Do not transfer my designs to people from my blacklist
Commissions
- My main form of contact is through discord
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission regardless of reason
- I have the right to post finished commissions on social media and use them as examples of my work
- After completion of your commission you have the right for personal uses (ex: Profile picture, profile banner, welcome images, etc)
- Do not remove my watermark
- Be sure that you can pay, ask for payment plans
- Deadline from 3 weeks (or less) to 2 months depends on your commission complexity and my free time
- I inform about possible delays (ex: vacation, equipment repairment) on social media and discord
- I accept PayPal or ko-fi for payment
- If you want me not to post your commision on my social media for a certain time, let me know the reason (ex: birthday gift, spoilers etc.)
- Do not post wips of your commission before it's done
- If you want to commision me please don't start the conversation with "Hi, hello, hru" etc.
- Ko-fi supporter's discount is not usable after cancelling subscription
- Respect my boundaries as a person and artist
- Do not invite me to draw/animate your personal projects, even if it's for money (Unless I'm interested myself)
- If you have a specific idea for a drawing, describe it in detail and prepare references in advance
- Keep in mind that the complexity, number of drawings, backgrounds, designs complexity, shading style affects the price
- To use my work for monetary purposes you are required to pay 2x of the original price and must credit me whenever it is used for such purposes (ex: Advertisement, album cover, YouTube video, merch, print, etc)
- Do not claim my work as your own
- I do not draw any NSFW/fetish art, mechs, hateful content, political depictions, severe gore
- Do not edit my work without explicit permission from me (filters are okay)
- Do not claim drawings traced from me as your own. Tracing is okay only in educational purposes but posting online is forbidden
- Do not make NSFW versions of my work
- Do not use my work for AI or anything of the sort
- No refunds after i start drawing the commission
- If you want to refund, I will send the amount i got not including PayPal fee.( Example: You send 20usd and PayPal takes 2usd, this means I receive 18usd and return that amount to you)
- If I'm not able to complete the commission a full refund will be issued
- Do not commision art for people from my blacklist
Failure to follow TOS will result a blacklist and the loss of being able to purchase from me again
